All repairs sent to us are covererd under a 100% No Fix no fee policy, In the event that we cannot repair your device it will be sent back at absolutely no cost to yourself

Our service is backed by an expansive Three month parts and labour guarantee- should any faults occur with your device in that timeframe they will be repaired at no charge
Worldwide Postal Repair available
In addition to local drop off and collect services we now accept worldwide postal delivery for iPhones that need servicing, If you are unable to visit us in person you may use this feature- All repairs are sent via Royal Mail special delivery (Insured up to £1000, tracking number and proof of receipt comes as standard) Most repairs will be processed and sent back within several business days
Fast-Track local and international
All repairs are usually assesed same day and most repairs are processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days, For LCD/ digitizer issues these can be resolved within several hours for local or postal collection, for Water damaged or other complex issues with the devices mainboard please allow up to 1 week to ensure the device can be fully diagnosed and released in acceptable condition
